PARTNERSHIP

According to the dictionary, it means, the state or condition of being a partner; or a joint interest; or, a participation of interest bonded by law or condition.

So, recently, I saw a few partnership fell apart due to overzealous member of the partnership or a member with greed or ill-intentions towards their interest.  Before the partnership began, they were all good friends, buddies and even refers to each other as 'brothers'.  When all turn sour, those affections fade away and friends became enemies.

Not much difference with life partners.   Both have the same interest that goes beyond love, family, social and other matter paradigm of the human context.  Similarly, these partnership may sour due to actions that contradicts the condition of the partnership.

So, what happens if the partnership sours not because of any unlawful acts, 3rd-party intrusion or unfulfilled obligations??  What happens if the partnership failed due to a disillusioned member whose a figment of his/her imagination took over control??   Sometimes, members of the partnership think they have done too much that they deserved a break from being part of the partnership.  They may include the word 'deserve' in every sentence, claiming immunity.   For the record, nobody has the right to use the word 'deserve' that describes themselves.  It is a merit that is given, only when all parties involved agrees to it.

Sometimes, in a partnership, it is more than often that partners communicate to each other in a manner of medieval society.  Filled with disagreement, hatred and dissatisfaction.  However, the truth is that they can't be without each other.  Often being asked why does it progress into such an uncomfortable situation, while back then, the partners has proved that they can communicate in a very civilized manner.  The fact that they can be much nicer to friends, acquaintances and clients, but not to their partner, is really puzzling and unacceptable.  Why can't partners be nice to each other??  Why do they raise voices, shout, or even get upset over small things, like ordering a meal, or something??  WHY??
It is always good to reflect why members began partners in the first place.  In fact, if the members can be nice to their friends, clients or strangers, why can't these members of the partnership be nice to each other??  They need each other to to progress and trying to outdo one another is not gonna help in the partnership.  They shouldn't forget that they are partners in a ship ............ together-gather.
