So, the YOG festivities has started. Millions of people will be in Singapore. In a month's time, they will all go back to their countries and share their experience about Singapore. Here, the government is taking great pains to make sure the level of service, hospitality and convenience is at it's best.

Unfortunately, all these effort may go to waste just because when those visitors tried talking to service staffs, they'll get this question.......
