I was having lunch the other day at this japanese restaurant (not sakae sushi)in Great World City. Nothing fancy, just normal restaurant with decent sushi and other nippon delights. there's nothing wrong with the food service. It's just that I had a family sitting next table which really amazes me.

You see, this family next to me looks well to do. speaks excellent english, branded clothes and carried themselves well. What i didn't understand was, when its about time to order, Mommy took out a coupon for a free plate of sushi and asked to exchange with a set meal which cost double the coupon. In fact, she was bargaining with the waitress to give her a good deal. wtf!! the whole family's meal would not cost more than $50... and there she was trying to bargain for a meal with the waitress. the whole thing went on for more than 10 mins before the waitress came back with more ice water and another set of menu.......

damn!!! they look so nice, so 'affordable', so sophistacated...... yet so bloody stingy....? or maybe they just trying to be so bloody clever... in fact.... most rich people got rich b'coz they know how to make use of such things.....

but.....!!!

bringing your family to lunch using coupons...????? c'mon MOM!!!! your kids deserve better!!!!! daddy's wearing a Rolex watch (or is it Bolex).... saturday afternn eat at Japenese restaurant with coupons??

on the other hand, I could have own a Lambo if I do dat more often..... keep the black card at home and just use coupons.....
