This M1 advert won the local tv commercial competition. I wonder on what grounds?

Some say that its funny. Is the content 'funny', or it won because of the way they speak? You mean it won coz people like mocking the way Indians speak?? You mean its ok to mock others, but you can't be mocked?.....
